Predictive Maintenance and Analytics

Rather than replacing parts on a fixed schedule or waiting for failure, predictive maintenance uses continuous sensor data (vibration, temperature, load, lubricant condition) to flag when a component is trending toward failure.   • Makes it easier to add or reconfigure a line section without re-wiring the whole cabinet
